Shipping policy
Due to the outbreak of COVID-19, Paul Rose Products has taken necessary precautions to ensure the safety of our team and customers; social distancing and proper use of PPE are required. There has been a 5-10 day delay on fulfillment of the Boutique Clothing line due to the impact of the Omnicron variant.
Only Domestic Overnight and Next-Day Rush delivery orders placed before 3 PM CST Monday through Friday will be processed same-day. Not applicable to international orders.
All orders will be processed in 3-5 business days and ship based on the shipping method selected. Once an order is fulfilled, a tracking number will be provided and you are able to track the shipment via your account. Please allow 72 hours for tracking to update.
Please Note:
- Please ensure that your delivery address is correct before completing your order, we are not responsible for orders shipped to incorrect addresses or unclaimed. It is not possible to re-route a package once it has been shipped. If your package is returned due to an incorrect address, we can arrange redelivery for the cost of shipping.
- Shipping delays caused by courier issues, customs, import regulations, and weather conditions are possible and are out of our control.
