Shipping policy

Due to the outbreak of COVID-19, Paul Rose Products has taken necessary precautions to ensure the safety of our team and customers; social distancing and proper use of PPE are required. There has been a 5-10 day delay on fulfillment of the Boutique Clothing line due to the impact of the Omnicron variant. 

Only Domestic Overnight and Next-Day Rush delivery orders placed before 3 PM CST Monday through Friday will be processed same-day. Not applicable to international orders.

All orders will be processed in 3-5 business days and ship based on the shipping method selected. Once an order is fulfilled, a tracking number will be provided and you are able to track the shipment via your account. Please allow 72 hours for tracking to update.   

Please Note:

    1. Please ensure that your delivery address is correct before completing your order, we are not responsible for orders shipped to incorrect addresses or unclaimed. It is not possible to re-route a package once it has been shipped. If your package is returned due to an incorrect address, we can arrange redelivery for the cost of shipping. 
    2. Shipping delays caused by courier issues, customs, import regulations, and weather conditions are possible and are out of our control.
