Exists as US release imported to Germany with the b-side original Columbia-centre label blanked out by full width stickers reading:

"CBS The Family of Music; LEGALER IMPORT; AUS WARENRECHTLICHEN GRÜNDEN MUSS DIESES ETIKETT ÜBERSTICKERT WERDEN"

The reason therefore was, that in Germany the label Columbia was a trademark of EMI. 
The Columbia logo on the back cover is pasted over with the CBS logo.

Non standard labels indicating that this version was solely intended
for release in the German market as an import pressing.

So it's a US manufactured "Export" pressing to be precise.
