Issued with a reflective silver gatefold cover which has embossed images and logos. The discs are housed in plain white paper inner sleeves.
Most original pressings are also issued with a replica platinum album award certificate, a merchandise order form and a hype sticker including tracklist applied to the shrink wrap initially.

Track C1 is not listed on disc label and not are included before Deuce  in C1 ( 3 side, vinyl 2), but is in  inside of the gatefold like:
