Gatefold issue with contents of original inner sleeve printed instead on inner gatefold. 

In late 1960's and early 1970's Columbia (a subsidiary of CBS) pressed records in the USA for export to other other countries using a CBS label (or in this case CBS / SONY) as this was thought to be more recognizable in foreign countries. This issue was most likely pressed in the USA and meant for distribution in Singapore, Hong Kong and Malaysia. No country of origin is noted except on spine where it clearly states "PRINTED IN USA".
