Mainly same as UK first release, but the sticker was printed on the sleeve and is on the right side i/o left, the poster was missing. Record labels are inverted to the original colours and the New Zealand pressing uses a Sex Pistols pink i/o dark purple as the UK release. (see pictures) 

All songs recorded live at Max's Kansas City, New York, September 28th/29th 1978 except A1: Ivanhoes Club, Huddersfield, December 25th 1977(last Pistols gig in the U.K.) and A5: studio version of "My Way" recorded in Paris 1978.
