Columbia Records Pressing Plant, Terre Haute, first pressing variant, per the "T" etched in runouts. Remainder of runouts are mostly etched, plating identifiers are stamped.

First pressings have catalog # AB-1006. "AB" prefix in catalog # was an ABC label price code, and approximately two weeks after the release of the album, the price was raised $1.00 and subsequent pressings were issued as catalog # AA-1006.

Issued in a glossy cardstock gatefold jacket, with printed card stock inner sleeve with lyrics and credits.

Some copies with "Demonstration - Not For Sale" stamped in gold on jacket front cover.
